Fluid Retention & Fresh Dandelions
Holding onto excess water can be tiring for the body as it causes the skin to become water-logged and a feeling of lethargy. Puffy ankles and more are sure signs this is occurring and Summer heat will worsen it.
The idea is to improve the flow of blood capillaries, the lymph system and kidneys/bladder function. Two simple wayside herbs e.g. dandelion leaves and young nettle tops are perfect for helping.
Make a fresh tea of both, infusing for 20 mins before drinking. Try this 2 or 3 times a day until you are doing better.
